Full Transparency
With transparency being my number one goal, I want to make sure that no client is left with sticker shock at the end of their appointment. Consultations are complementary. I pride myself on doing my best to make sure that you will know what your bill is expected to be, before your service begins. Which is why I’ve made some of the more popular services all inclusive.
I’ve spent hours of my own time and money throughout the years building and refining my skills. I’m confident in my pricing choices, and my ability to give you the best service possible.
All services are non-refundable but having happy guests is my highest priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, I ask that you let me know within 48 hours of your original service so that I can work my hardest to address any issues.
After 48 hours, any additional services rendered will be charged.
I really do value your honesty! Please let me know if you aren’t satisfied before you leave. Everyone should leave the salon loving their hair!
Redo/Fix/Refund Policy
I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I ask you give at least 24 hours notice . All cancellations must be done online through SQUARE or by PHONE. Cancellations through email or social media will not be valid. Clients who do not honour their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
24 Hours Notice: Service(s) may be cancelled without charge
Failure to Show: The service(s) subject to a charge up to the full amount of the services
Cancellation Under 24 Hours Notice: Service(s) subject to a charge up to the full amount of the services
This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Kids and Pets
I don’t have a booking option for children but am happy to book them upon request!
Children over the age of 13 will be charged full service price.
I’m happy to host your furry friends while you get your hair done! However they must be kept under control at ALL times.
